侵蚀控制

Any construction activity, from a minor building renovation to new construction, can greatly impact the local environment.
任何施工活动,从小型建筑翻新到新建工程,均会对当地环境造成显著影响。
Construction activities can speed up natural erosion (the removal of sediment) and sedimentation (the settling of eroded soil particles) processes by removing vegetation and leaving soil exposed. This increases the levels of sediment and contaminants in the stormwater runoff that leaves the site, negatively impacting water quality, aquatic habitats, and wildlife.
施工活动通过清除植被、使土壤裸露,会加速自然侵蚀(沉积物剥离)与淤积(被侵蚀土粒沉降)过程。这会提高场地雨水径流中的沉积物与污染物含量,对水质、水生栖息地及野生动植物造成不利影响。
Construction can also lead to soil compaction (the process of soil particles being pressed together) on the site, which deteriorates soil structure and fertility. This prevents optimal root system development and therefore leads to long?term degradation of the land.
施工还会造成场地土壤板结(土粒受挤压紧密结合),破坏土壤结构、降低土壤肥力,阻碍植物根系正常生长,进而导致土地长期退化。

Green building strategies aim to minimize site disturbance during construction. To do so, teams must implement erosion control strategies to prevent or slow down soil erosion caused by wind or water. Many jurisdictions also require erosion control.
