Targets for the project's building type(s) and climate zone are referenced to ASHRAE 100-2024, "Energy and Emissions Building Performance Standard for Existing Buildings," Addendum c, Appendix A, multiplying by the operating shift normalization factor (S) in ASHRAE 100-2024, Table 7-7. For projects with multiple building activities, targets shall be calculated using the weighted average of the targets for each building activity.
